The Biotechnology Academy The SERONO BIOTECHNOLOGY ACADEMY is a project developed by Errepi Comunicazione for this pharmaceutical multinational with the idea of setting up a centre for the distribution of information in the biomedical field in order to complement research activities with the necessary flows of correct information regarding the biotechnology sector. The project came into existence with the experience and effort of the Serono Pharmaceutical Industry in the medical-scientific field and is intended to serve as an instrument of knowledge to be applied in biotechnology research activities. Today, the Biotechnology Academy carries out numerous activities that include the organisation of congresses and seminars for training and the detailed investigation into medical-scientific issues, the greater involvement of public opinion on issues of greatest significance posed by the scientific development, and the production of publications and other instruments of awareness.
